QOperAv is a ``code generator" for generating quantum circuits. The quantum circuits generated by QOperAv can be used to evaluate certain quantum operator averages, hence its name.
QOperAv shares many Java classes with other Java applications available at this website (QuanSuite, QuSAnn, Multiplexor Expander, Quibbs). For this reason, all these Java applications have a single, unified version number, the most recent being 1.5 (as of Oct. 25, 2010)
